Coach Profile is a product of Premier Development Academy (PDA), operated by Laurie Griffin, Director of Coach Development. Our registered contact is admin@pda-football.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use Coach Profile at coach-profile.vercel.app.
Account data: Your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash via Supabase Auth).
Profile data: Your club, age group coached, and coaching qualification level — provided during the pre-assessment intake.
Assessment data: Your answers to the 100-question competency assessment, domain scores, and the AI-generated coaching report and development plan produced from your responses.
Payment data: Stripe processes your payment. We store only the Stripe customer ID, payment intent ID, payment tier, and payment date. We never store card details.
Usage data: Session counts and assessment completion status, used to personalise your dashboard.
To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
To deliver your personalised coaching assessment, report, and development plan.
To generate your coaching identity report using Anthropic's Claude API. Your assessment answers are sent to Claude solely to generate your report and are not used for AI training by Anthropic under our API agreement.
To process payments securely via Stripe.
To send you transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opted in during registration.
We operate globally and are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the service you paid for.
Consent: Explicit consent obtained at registration for data processing. Marketing email requires separate, explicit consent.
Legitimate interests: Security logging, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in EU data centres) and protected with Row Level Security so only you can access your own records. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Assessment data, reports, and development plans are retained indefinitely so you can access them at any time. If you request account deletion, all personal data will be erased within 30 days.
Depending on the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
→ Access the personal data we hold about you
→ Request correction of inaccurate data
→ Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
→ Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
→ Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
→ Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
→ Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country
UK/EU users may contact the ICO (ico.org.uk) or their national supervisory authority. Users in other jurisdictions should contact the relevant authority in their country.
