By creating an account and using Coach Profile, you agree to these Terms of Use. Coach Profile is operated by Premier Development Academy (PDA), contact: admin@pda-football.com.
Coach Profile provides a professional coaching competency assessment, personalised coaching identity report, and development plan for football coaches. The service is available in two tiers (Basic and Premium) via a one-time payment.
The assessment, report, and development plan are generated using AI (Anthropic's Claude) and are intended as professional development tools. They are not a substitute for formal coaching education, safeguarding training, or professional accreditation.
All payments are one-time, non-subscription fees processed via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive permanent access to your assessment results and downloadable PDF report.
We do not offer refunds once an assessment report has been generated, as the service is delivered immediately upon payment. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at admin@pda-football.com and we will resolve it promptly.
You agree not to:
→ Share your account credentials with others
→ Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform or its content
→ Use the service to generate content for commercial resale
→ Submit false information that could mislead the assessment results
→ Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
All content on Coach Profile — including question banks, framework mappings, scoring methodology, report structures, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Premier Development Academy and Laurie Griffin. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Your personal assessment data, report, and development plan belong to you. You may download and keep your PDF report for personal and professional use.
Coach Profile is a professional development tool. Assessment results and reports are based on self-reported data and AI-generated analysis. They represent a developmental snapshot, not a definitive or validated professional qualification outcome.
Premier Development Academy accepts no liability for decisions made by users based on their Coach Profile assessment results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
